我們分別來自不同的醫院，個別工作約十餘年，又不約而同的前後差了一年時間來到相同醫院工作，並且任職相同職位。因著不同因素，為了維持良好的生活品質，離開居住長久及習慣的縣市，面對新的醫療環境、新的縣市街景、新的街訪鄰居，這對我們來說是一大挑戰。
十餘年不算多，也不算少。但我們也歷經了許多醫療變遷及護理環境的改變，檯面的醫療世界總是光明磊落，但黑暗的小世界卻仍存在著。我們沒辦法靠自己的力量讓黑變白，但我們仍相信秉持正向及善良的態度，職場會給你正向的回饋。
醫療工作，無論颳風下雨、生體不適，都會莫名的依著加冠的誓言，啟動了內心的醫療魂。台灣的醫療環境，仍有許許多多人繼續奮鬥著，繼續在陰險的世界裡茍延殘喘的往前衝。
